When can I withdraw my investment?
You can sell your m2 whenever you want, you can transfer them at the list price. If you have no one to buy them, we sell them for you. The capital gain generated is for you.
How am I legally protected?
You sign an investment contract as an Individual with the Company (Moral Person) where you become co-owner of the land according to the percentage invested.
How does my investment grow?
Your investment will grow over time due to the appreciation of the area. The more time passes, the closer the urbanization, services, and the beginning of the project will be, and this will make your investment grow.
How much can my investment grow?
It is variable, it depends entirely on the real estate market, the land is strategically chosen to guarantee a high capital gain.
